This modern commercial building on Pentonville Road, King’s Cross was surveyed and modelled to support an internal refurbishment and services upgrade. This Scan to BIM survey covered 34–36 Bedford Square, Bloomsbury WC1B, three adjoining Grade I-listed Georgian townhouses forming part of London’s finest preserved square. PointBIM was commissioned to undertake a full-colour laser scan and Revit model of the entire terrace to support refurbishment, conservation, and long-term facilities planning for the Architectural Association.
The properties were captured internally and externally using high-resolution colour scanning, producing a comprehensive registered point cloud that documented every room, façade, and connecting structure.
