PointBIM carried out a laser scan survey and Scan to BIM service for a former warehouse in Shoreditch, London, delivering a coordinated Revit model to support early-stage design and refurbishment planning as part of our Scan to BIM services in London.
Project Scope
The client required a full 3D record of a former warehouse building in Shoreditch to support early-stage design and refurbishment planning.
The scope included capture of the existing structure, floor plates, façade geometry and roof form to provide a reliable base for feasibility and coordination.
Our Approach
A terrestrial laser scan survey was completed to capture the building geometry in full.
The point cloud data was processed and modelled into a coordinated Revit model, aligned to the architect’s project coordinate system and structured to support downstream design development.

- Model suitable for feasibility, planning and design coordination
