Drone Roof Surveys & Inspection
Roof surveys can be dangerous depending on access arrangements and are often expensive - requiring level access equipment hire and wasted hours of fee earners time. Updates to drone roof survey methodologies now make surveying roofs by drone a faster, and more cost effective option. Our pilots can capture large amounts of information with minimal risk and can reach difficult areas such as glass sections or periphery gutters without risk to themselves or the structure.
As standard you get 100-200 high quality photographs. Our surveyors are used to working with buildings for schedules of condition and detail drawups and will search for defects or signs of water penetration and take full close up photography for anything of interest. All our aerial surveys can be combined with traditional ground - external and internal - laser scanning and complete 360 degree HDR photography. In theory, it would be completely possible to undetake a full schedule of condition or dilapidations report based on the plans, photography and scanning provided.
